It is a crispy and crunchy food. It has a peppery, pungent flavor. It can be pickled, grilled, sauteed, use in potato salads, and used with other green vegetables.

Some common types of radish are watermelon radish, French breakfast radish, daikon white radish, and Malaga radish.

Production

Korea, China, Japan, and South Korea are the largest producer of Radishes.
