Sweet potato has a sweet taste. It tastes good when use with other dishes like meat, poultry, fish, and seafood. It can also be used with casseroles, soups, stews, and salads.

The most famous types of sweet potatoes are Beaureguard, Georgia jet, Jewel, garnet, Bunch porto Rico, and Stokes.

Production

China, Nigeria, Uganda, and Indonesia are the largest producers of Sweet potatoes.
