Origin And Usage
Teff was domesticated in Ethiopia for the first time. It belongs to the family grasses. It has tiny dark brown seeds with a great earthy flavor. Its texture is smooth and gelatinous. It is used to make bread, pancakes, porridge, cereal, and many baked items.

Teff has 3 main types. White, Mixed, and Red/brown.
